Anyone here has got fairness after drinking milk with saffron? Also does coconut oil make u fair??? Plsss reply me based on personal experience...

many things that we eat such as saffron and coconut have certain vitamin and mineral properties that would add a glow to your skin, for example Vitamin e gives the skin a healthy glow and strengthens the hair cuticle. There is not much you can do to change your skin color only to keep what GOD gave you healthy and therefore giving the expereince of fairness or better put a Glow.
As verne said the malanin doesnt change.

Besides dark is beautiful, here in America people risk skin cancer to get fake tans. accept yourself.

prefer laymen over medical professional, then you may believe anyone else for that matter. And why stop at saffron? add anything to milk and use it on your face or anywhere else.
You are hell bent on believing what is untrue, anything i say or others say wont change your opinion about saffron, you only want to affirm your opinion.

Most of the patients we recieve at the dermat department, start out like you did...

Think logically. Saffron or coconut oil has no whatsoever effect on melanin, the pigment responsible for darkening of the skin.
