i want to improve my skin complexion so i heard that drinking fruit juice will increase skin complexion
so i want to know which fruit juice r good

This is the most absurd thing i have heard! fruit juices flushed out toxins!! then what do you think your liver does?
Maybe next time i get a patient with a failed liver or kidney, instead of putting them on dialysis, i would just flush their system with fruit juices, and viola! miracle!
Use logic, you are in the 20th century, dont talk absurdly. Unless you have any clue about medical science, dont try to sound smart, because you aint.
Fruit juices containt all the necessary vitamins and fibres, sugar and calories obviously. Its good for your health, but dont go gulping juices for a glowing skin. Your glowing skin needs all kinds of vitamins, even the ones that are not in the fruits.
Multivitamin supplements, good eating habits, less stress, more fibre and vegetables, fruits instead of fruit juices, will help you get a better glow. And ofcourse carefuly and meticulous skin habits.

Eating a fruit is 10 times better than drinking its juice. And fresh juice is 10 times better than packeted juice.

hi nandini,
all fruit juices are good for health as more than the fruit its the water in it that does all the work it flushes out toxins and makes skin glow. Always choose those fruits that are bright coloured and also the citrus friuts do wonders as they are rich in vitamin C. Along with fruit juices drinking milk or butter milk is reccommended. If your a tea drinker i suggest you go for green tea.And My personal point of view, drink lots of water and eat the whole fruit without removing its fibrous content. It' ll not only be beneficial to your skin but also your health. After all a healthy skin reflects a healthy body.

I heard that if you take one avocado. Smash it, then rub it onto your face, it will give/make your face soft and glowie.

Fruit juices....it good for overall health. From Orange Juice to fight colds, from Prune juices for constipation, from soy milk for preventing breast cancers, carrots for eyes, and etc...

If I were you, make it yourself. Take a couple of slices of green apples, mix it with celery, pineapples and a bit of honey and drink it. Not sure if this will help your skin....But, it' s so good!
