Hi,
my skin is tanned almost compeletely because of outdoor swimming. Tanned and untanned is like black and white. Sunscreens (spf 40) haven't helped me much in prevention. Besides they itch bad on my facial skin. can someone suggest a homemade remedy both to prevent tanning and getting back to my original color?
I will be extremely thankful!

from what i know about suntan is that the tan will fade after sometime after less exposure. usually it will lighten after to original colour after sometime. sometimes, over exposure may lead to irritation which may be itchy. its best to go to the doctor.
