dear frd,
i had dark inner thighs myself and i swear by ubtan.
take a cup of ubtan, add one lemon juice, 1 tbsp baby oil, 1tbsp rose water, 3 tbsp khali badam mix this mixture with milk. apply it on ur tighs let it dry for 15 min, donot use soap rather rub it off with hands. if u must clean it do so with plain water. best time to do it is just be4 u go to bed.

Hello friend,
include vitamin A, Vitamin C, Zinc in your diet and try this also
cut a lemon in a half and apply it on ur thighs, rub the lemon on them untill the lemon has no juice left do it for 20 mints, and then rinse it and use a cold cream. it shud b effective in couple of weeks.
Main thing is try to keep yourself dry, put proper clothes, wear cotton clothes, try to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. This will allow you to perspire freely. Use talcum powder to stay dry.
