Hi friends,
Yester day i went to my gyny for my last appt in singapore. She checked the heart beat of the baby and it is 164. I hd my routine test and every thing was normal. I was a bit tenced abt my chicken pox. But yester day my doc assured me that nothing will happen to baby. Thank god.She hand over all the reports . Now i hv to visit another doctor as soon as i reach india.
Well i asked abt the kick counts.
* Till 28 th week there should be atlest 10 kicks in day/night.
*After 28th week 10 counts in 6 hrs
*After 28 th week kicks will be stronger and visible- Like u can identify baby's legs, hands, head etc
*Baby will respond to light and sound
*Baby will hv a tickling sensation if u massage ur tummy.
Insomania(sleeplessness) is a very common sympotom of pregnency.U will be losing ur sleep when u woke up in night.For that she said these tips
*Take a warm water bath before going to bed.
*Drink one glass of Hot(not very hot) milk.
*Herbal tea will be helpful for some people.
*Hear some melodies music.Prefarably instrumental.
*Read some books(which is not interesting to u).
If any one has dry skin and itching problems u can try these tips.
*Apply oil just before ur bath.
*Use moisturised soap (Prefarably -Dove).
*Apply some cream after bath.
*Apply olive oil at night time.
*Always ware loose dresses.
Other tips:
* Avoide stress and hectic work.
*Avoide standing for long hours.
*Don't lift weight.
*Walk slowly- Don't be in hurry burry as this will lead to high B.P
*Eat a lot of vegs, cerels, and try to minimize oily and spicy food.
*Drink a lot of water, Fresh fruit juices.
*Try to sleep in side position- u can keep a pillow to help u.
*Eat oats and bananas as this will help in easy bowl movements.
*Don't hold ur urine for long time.
*Drink atleast 2-3 glass of milk a day, Eat calcium contained food like green leafy vegs, fish etc.
*Avoide coffee, tea and other bevarages.
*Avoide food and drinks with artificial color and preservatives-Always go for fresher ones.
And most important tip is:
