i am in 21st week. Last week my doc advised TT injection, which I had. Has any of you taken this injection till now?

Dear all,

If you all r referring to tetnus injections...no need to worry...ur doc wud definately remember to hve 2 of them gone inside u before the end of 2nd trimester..i got the last on in the 23rd week and first in the 19th week...

Thanks for letting us know abt this Injection.Well I' m in my 19th week 5 days..But till date havnt got any TT injections.Seems like I better ask my doctor to give me this injection...As ramya said,evn my doc hadnt prescribed this,so its better for us 2 ask....

Is TT injection a must to take..my doctor did not advice me to take that...
But if it is compulsory..I will ask her about it in my next appointment..

iam frm aug board,there is no need to worry abt TT . TT was given to in my 17 th week and also in 22 nd week.now iam in my 27 th week.i asked my doc for which reson she is giving that , she told that to protect from infections during delivery(usage of instruments for delivary) and other people told me that it is to protect from infections in womb due to babys nails. i think ur doubt is cleard .

Yes. TT Injection was injected for me during my 16th week. I am at present in my 21st week.
