I am a 26yr old mother, currently residing in Muscat(brought up here itself).

My problem is whiteheads all over my face due to which my face is become very very rough. I do exfoliate twice/thrice a week, but no use.

Earlier I used to have lots of pimples, but that' s reduced considerably now, still the scars are there. Mine is an oily skin. My face has never been a glowing one ever since teenage. Partly it was hereditary and partly because I used to prick at the pimples.

My food habits are normal. I have fruits, veggies, lots of water etc. But no relief to my skin. I think there are no more medicines to treat my black spots/scars and whiteheads. It is very disappointing when I try to feel my face. Even my husband is concerned, he has taken me to dermatologists but no use till now.

I think I have spoiled the natural glow by applying all these medicines, and creams available in the market.

Pls. advise the best remedy to get rid of my whiteheads.... as I have always longed for a clean face.
