I am facing a problem of hair fall and dandruff. What to do. Initially I used to oil my hair twice a week and my hair did not fall that much. However, now as I don' t get the time I oil my hair only once a week. Is that is the reason why my hair is falling. Please suggest some home remedies for preventing hair fall and making hair voluminous. mia replied. hi now days most of the people are suffering the problem of hair fall and oiling hair once in a week is enough if u wash ur hair once a week. just oil ur hair before night and wash next day. if uu have dandruff then oil ur hair and comb it thoroughly so scalp will leave the dandruff and u will wash it with shampoo and try to use shampoo without suphate. Simran Jain replied. Y dont you use fresh Coconut/Almond oil. U shld try it. There is a Machine from which you can extract edible / non edible oil at Home. I suggest you to buy that machine from Rajkumar Agro Engineers Pvt Ltd its in Nagpur. You can search on Google as I also found from there.

just check ur diet it may be scarcity of iron and multi vitamins.please have supplements.do oil massage weekly once use mild shampoo add more spinach and carrots in ur diet

if u need more tips reply me plz fiza replied. the major reason can be tension for your hair fall and dandruff...avoid taking tension.. and use hot oil..
