hi saniya or any1,

i want to lose weight. is aerobics a good way..or yoga... will any1 of these get me ythinner in a few days like i mean 2-3 months???... pls reply as soon as possible...thank u

hi suhaani,
i think aerobics is better than yoga as far as weight loss is concerned because it' s faster and burns up more calories in a shorter period of time.however,u have to do it under the supervision of a trainer.initially,u wont be asked to exercise a lot as ur body needs time to adjust.so, a trainer is very important.
in addition to exercise,diet control is extremely important.drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.eat 3 proper meals a day avoiding too much oil,fats and sugar.eat fruits instead of junk food.if,even after having a good diet,u feel hungry,drink a glass of water and eat an apple.also,drink a glass of milk everyday.cut down on chocolates,fried foods like samosa,pakora,and especially fries,potatoes,rice,ice cream and other junk and fatty foods.reduce ur intake of sugar,u will get used to it.try eating brown bread instead of roti and avoid rice as much as possible.u can eat a chocolate or a small bowl of ice cream once a week.but not more than that.be very regular and strict about ur food and dont over diet.exercise is more important.i hope u lose weight and get perfect results.let me remind u that exercise under the supervision of a trainer who might also give u a diet plan to follow.take care.
