Basically, dey' re unbeautified with tight shoes, scratching, etc. Do not forget to do pedicure, if yu' re new at it, do it from a gud parlour, after evry 15 days. Kip your legs always dry, but well moistured with lotion/cream. Before going on bed, wash your legs once and patt thoroughly with towel. This won' t work like a miracle, but eventually, your toes look fairer, smooth, and gud shape on nails done during pedicure will make them attractive. Gud luck. Anita replied. How long, then. Do you wear tight shoes ? Heels ? Do you pick on your toes ?
Try to find the cause and eliminate it first.
Clip your toes properly and soak your leg in warm water with an oil of your choice (lavender, tea tree etc.) Use a pumice stone to gently rub your feet. Be gentle around the cracks. Don' t ever scrape or pull on old skin.
Pat your feet dry (never rub) taking care to dry between the toes. Massage a good quality foot cream and put socks on before heading to bed. If you do this religously every day you will eventually get smooth, soft feet.
If you have cracks that are painful, you may have to see a dr so he/she can prescribe something stronger. Dr. Scholls, Foot Miracles are reputable brands that makes good foot repair creams. Ask any pharmacist for suggestions.
Remember, cracked feet can cause infection so you need to take care of it clinically before any cosmetic care.
This didn' t happen over night and it is not going to cure overnight either. Have patience and persistence. Good luck.
