Hi,
I am a mom of two and i noticed lot of small bumps on my upper arms after my first one was born...i neglected it for almost two years but lately i went to a dermatologist who said this was keratosis pilaris..which she said is a common problem n is more cos of excessive dryness of skin..i was adviced not to use soap in that area and to avoid hot water...and she prescribed a cream called AMLACTIN moisturising cream (also available without prescription at some pharmacies)..i have been using it for 10 days now...bumps are lesser.
