Name: abitha I' m 25 yrs old girl. I have hair loss due to vitamin less and my hair strength is going thin.
To get rid of this prob what I must do?.. please friends give a good suggestion.

first u should start from iron supplement
take dexorange tablet or ferradol tonic
later 15-20 days u can continue with only multivitamin tablet(supradyn)

Suggestion..!!

Due to hair loss, my mom & grandma are worried about it. We concern doctor too and taking necessary things. Even though my grand ma is advising me better to go for short hair cut/ head shave for time being.I read more ladies hs experience here and watched few videos as well. On seeing that I got too scare to take a decision.

In my home me, mom, my 2 sisters & grand ma only.my dad is in abroad.So they are telling me to go for hs. I' m in the harder suitation to go for hs bcz my worry is how to be in home as cleaned head infront of them since i had 2 younger sisters and how can I go around to all places. These things are making me more nervous.

Kindly give good advice / encourage that what shall I can do it further.

not to worry sister just eat more carrots and spinach(keerai).
as naina said we have dry amla in super markets so u can take amla and can get it at any time and it will be yummy.
all the best ma
do not shave or cut
cutting is 2 min but growth is 2 years
shave is 5 min but growth is 4 years

oh your from Chennai...i would suggest you not to shave your head.. i am sure you have beautiful hair what happened if its not thick enough ... tell your mom you love your hair and cant cut it..

Headshave also good idea, otherwies, do one thing, let do hair massage, weekly one oil bath, six days not but water in head, eat vitamin fresh foods u can avoid hs.

hot oil and less tension

i think u take lot of stress and tension.. try to avoid that.. put hot oil in ur hair every night before sleeping it will help to improve ur volume and length..
