hey can anyone advice me. my elbows are very dark can anyone tell me how to get them lightenen. thanks

Try not to rest your elbows on tables too much. You can also put a towel underneath to cushion it.
Apply plenty of moisturizing lotion to keep it soft. You can use a lemon and cucumber juice to bleach the area. Also use a good exfloiator to scrub away dead cells.
Once you start doing this, you will, in time, see a difference.
