hi all, plz help me i am v embarassed and tensed.
i am a clean person. I bath at alternate days and keep my self v clean but i do not know why my panties bcome dirty. if i wear in the morning and check in the evening i see all yellow something. i hate it and i am tensed hot to tckle pleaseeeeeeeeeeee help. tell me cure and the reasons why it is. i beg u all thank u v much. swati replied. Your problem is the gynec problem known as luechorreah.In this problem,there is a discharge,usually smells bad.The basic things you can do by yourself is-
1.Keep yourself clean.
2.Take bath regularly.
3.Clean your personal area daily.May be you can use a wash by Eraser,named as priva hi-wash.
4.Keep your pantee clean.
5.Take proper diet,at proper time.
6.Take proper rest.Do not take tensions.It increases due to tension.Relax,listen to music.Do not focus on your problem and relax.
7.You may take a herbal medicine called ' Lukol' ,by the company Himalya.
or consult a gynacologist.

Many girls go through this stages as our bodies get mature. Girls go through this problem at different stages. Me, my friends, we all are aware of it. Don' t worry. Its normal to have it. It will gradually decrease. Theres nothing to worry about. rajm replied. it might be a gynec problem, or might be simply an issue of hygiene.
use panty liner regularly, or change your underwear atleast 2 times a day.
