i read many threads here requesting remedies for skin whitening or dark spots on the face.
i could not reply to all the threads,so well,here is wht you can use for all of the above.
just apply Almond Oil on your face 2 times daily.once in the morning & once in the night before going to bed.it will do the trick.
with continous use it will give a fair texture to the skin & leave the skin smooth.it will also lighten any spots on the skin & with time the spots will disappear.it also even the skin.
try it.but be regular for good results

what kind of almond oil are you talking about? Like the one we put in our hair? Where can we get it from? Does it have to be pure almond oil like with nothing else mixed in it?

well,just any Almond oil will do,as long as its almond oil.
as far as i´ ve seen there are two types of almond oil :-
1-sweet almond oil(for hair normally)
2-sour almond oil(for skin normally)
i applied the sweet one & the sour one.but the sweet one worked better for me.
now wht works better for you is upto your skin.
& as far as where do we get it from..well,i don´ t live in India so you will have to find someplace close to you where you can get it from.its not difficult to find almond oil in the market i suppose.
& well, the one i used was made in spain.don´ t know how pure it was.
but anywayz,just try the one you can get easily.
the easier the things are the better :)
