I am 34yr old my hair are thining and also losing lot of hair. I have some split ends too but due to religious reasons I can't trim my hair. Please tell me the remedy for thick long hair. Right now my hair are so thin I can even make a bun or braid my hair only fancy rubber bands covered with cloth holds my hair.

Raj, the best solution for you is to get a nice haircut. the longer the hair, more strength it needs. When it becomes weak, it falls down. take good protein diet, get a smart crew cut (if your husband agrees), avoid stress....

I am from Punjab. I use coconut hair oil and pantene shampoo. My hair length is just little above the waist. I don't have dandruff. May be little bit but I don't see flacks. Lastly I am pure vegetrian.
