hello frnds how u all doing well i went to doc yesterday he said still the babys head in up it didnt got fixed down n my passage is aslo narrow he givig suggestion for c-section s mine case is different may b coz of my leg the baby not comming to right position but still i had stucked at my decesion for normal delivery rest all depend on tht stage he had called me again tomorrow hey u all just pray for my normal delivery i just need badly i really dnt want c-section

subha there r many exercise u will get on google by searching well wht i did after six month was cat and cow strecth, butterfly, half butterfly, hero pose, deep breathing , shoulder relaxation, squatting so u also check for all this n go for this exercise well apart form all this walking is the best exercise so keep walking everyday atleast for half n hour this is wht i was not able to do after 8th month hope for best may b u can go for normal delivery u knw in our building one lady previous delivery was c-section but this time it was normal so u can also do tht dnt worry n b postive k

Yagna replied. Everyone wud prefer normal delivery. But I wud recommend u to go with whatever the doc says. I am not scaring you but there are a few incidents that have taken place.
One of my friends was very particular in normal delivery even though the doc recommended c-section. Since the babys position was not set they had to do torsion and induce her for the baby to come out. Later she had lot of problems because her part was cut badly and it later formed infection. She had to go thro a lot of treatment later. She almost suffered for 6 months.
So i sincerely ask you to trust the doc and go with what ever they suggest.
As I went to the labor ward I felt I cud have had a c-section so that I wud have seen the baby by now. :)
So just be prepared for any kind of delivery. Nowadays c sections are also equally simple.
