i have this dark area in the back of my leg and my butt is dark-and i have a bad in grown hair how can i get rifd of all these problems-and also i jus had a babt wha is the easiest way to lose my fat-

the best way to lighten the dark areas is use sandalwood paste or creams like nomarks. for in grown hair it depends where it is.
to lose the fat eat more fruit and drink more water. avoid oily foods and sweets. reduce intake of aerated drinks. take ur baby out for a walk everyday.u can push the baby in the pram.
