Turmeric is found in almost every indian store. Or maybe in some organic health stores/stores that sell spices. Ask for Turmeric directly.

about ur dry skin

hi
if ur skin is dry then i can surely tell u ..as my skin is dry too ...if u want to reduse ur tan then daily without fail u have to apply....make a powder of 1cup almonds and 1 cupof whole wheat grain but for whole wheat grain first u have to soak them in water overnight and next day mor drain the water completely and dry under the sun on some paper so that the whole grains r completely dry and ready to grind...now the grinding process is-take 1cup almonds and the soaked dryed whole grain and put some kesar (safforn)which u will get in indian store....and tumeric (haldi powder)will get in indian store(tumeric is haldi which u use in ur daily food ur mom must be knowing)and 1 spoon almond oil will get in indian store now grind this 4 things expect the almond oil together in a very fine powder..
and daily take according to ur face howmuch u require like 1to 2spoon and add milk to make smooth batter not too thick not too thin and also 1tsp oil and mix and apply it for half to 1hour..
store the powder in air tight container in fridge..

thank you kads and bindu,bindu wow i have to do a big shopping when its warmer the sun isnt out as yet,it is so cold here that a women froze to death in 5 minutes in a week or so close to my area she fell and hit her head outside no one knew she was laying in the snow,it gets very hot in the summer,i want to visit india someday.bindu we have health food stores here too if i cant find an indian store ill go there,my mom always shop at a store owned by indian people they have food there from the cariabbian but i dont know if they are from india or the cariabbian,there are fruit stores up my street own by indian people and i have notice they have thier own products there too maybe they might carry thier spices.
