hi freinds iam having normal complexion and my mariage is in june so i want to improve my complexion so i started having daily fruits i mean iam having daily one apple one oraange and pomagranette .so please friends tell me with fruits can i improve my complexion.and if we eat fruits do i become fat?
iam waiting for ur reply.please help me freinds

depends upon two things, first :- the amount of fruits you are eating, if you are eating too much of them, you might gain some weight, and secondly, the causes for the degrading of your complexion should be known, only then we can know what to do to improve it.
