I have chapped lips so when i apply apply a lipstick it just goes off in minutes.Plz give me some suggestions where my lipsticks stay for a long time

You can apply foundation before apply lipstick. It will works for me.

I have chapped lips as well, i apply vaseline throughout the day then when I go to appl my lip colour, It seems to go on and stay on and feel so much smoother,hope this helps some
