I think u will be the best person to help me. From the time I rememberI have very thin, dry dull hair. I have some hormone imbalance, I think it could be because of that. but I have tried all methods. I went for a hair treatment in Lakme it was good for few days then my hair started falling again. I used herbal oil suggested by my friend even then no change. now I mix coconut and almond oil and apply. I use ayush dandruff nakshak shampoo. once in a month I go for oil (olive oil) massage in the parlour. I wash my hair thrice a week. Whenever I travel or wear helmet, my hair becomes very unhealthy. I feel very embarresed at times.pls help me vijay replied. hai sister

dont worry

use almond oil only and no need to change oil

take biotin 1000mg tablet daily.its vitamin h tablet ok

dont go parlour do it in home with free and soft massages.make little heat at the time of oil massaging ok

do u have any dandruff sister

avoid go parlour they r using same comb and scissors and etc to all ok
so may chance to get infection or dandruff
where r u from sister?
