Name: sharri hi i want to know is if anyone have good results using homemade remedies to get rid of tanning or make skin ligther i use the lemon and honey only for 4 days last year because i don' t have lemons all the time.

hi kads i have brown skin colour i use to be one light skin tone but now my head to my hands are lighter than my body because of tan so i guess im light-med brown,my skin very sencitive espicially during the summer i got big bumps on my skin for going out with no hat and no sleves that was IN ONE DAY!! i knew my problem of getting hot fast but i wanted to look good,i can be over heated if i stay out too long.is that what you mean by skin type?

YOU DONT get benefit of home remedies after 4 days. thats why its a home remedy..it changes your skin slowly so it doesnt harm it.

if i wait for my tan to fade, ill have to wait for years,i heard that sunscream doesnt pervent taning thats the mistake i made at first, it just pervents sunrays and other stuff from harming your skin.

even medicines work within 4 days.
Just because home remedies change or alter skin conditions slowly doesnt mean it doesnt harm you, from most of the responses on the board, it doesnt have seemed to help alot of people. I suggest you use sun screen and avoid sun tan, the already tanned skin of yours will lose the tan eventually, you dont need to apply anything on it except sun screen.
