hi there, i have really really bad dark circles coz i recently had a baby iam taking suppliments as well..i think it was this website where i read a remedie about boiling spinach in water then adding something to it and drinking the drained water..i cant remember properly if you could pls help me out or if u know any other remedie that would increase iron ASAP coz its really very low. Thankyou so much
ps...i already eat carrots/veggies and meats, some remedie that you can suggest please also for dark circles??????

yes,spinach will help in reducing the dark circles.along with that,keep potato slices under ur eyes for 15 min everyday.also,sleep well.go to bed early and wake up early.exercise regularly,wear sunglasses under the sun and drink 8-10 glasses of water.all this will really help u.

is a good source of iron, and iron in turn is goodf for anemic people, whio suffer fromd ark circles. But your cause of dark circles is not anemia, its just exhaution, hormones,, atleast thats what i believe, unless you get yourself tested for it.
If you are suffering from iron deficiency, i believe you will need iron supplements, because spinach wont be able to provide iron so fast is large quantities.
