is it true that eating karela(bittergourd)can give you a clear skin? also, the skin of my underarms is very dark. can anyone suggest a natural method to lighten the skin? saniya replied. dear ranjitha,
yes it is true that eating karela gives u clear skin.one of my friends had too many pimples.she drank karela juice and her skin became clear.u can try mint water too..or 3 tbs of neem water daily.
for ur underarms,first of all,stop shaving or using creams and start waxing.moisturise well after waxing.daily,before going to bed,use aloe vera gel under ur arms.or u can use st.ives aloe vera lotion.it' s really good.
