My name is Monica and I just joined this site after I read some very helpful discussions. and I was wondering if someone could help me with my skin problems too.. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated
First off, let me tell you that I'm 17 years old so I'm going through a lot of changes with my skin... which includes Pimples, Black Heads, and a lot of unwanted facial Hair.
Any solutions to any of those problems would be very much appreciated. Especially the problem about the unwanted Facial Hair.
So thank you all for reading this and showing an interest.

verne replied. is a problem that cannot be removed by cinnamon or any other such ingredients, you need to be evaluated by a dermatologist.
Mint Juice does NOTHING for pimples.
Monica replied. Thanks!!
I am going to consider both of your suggestions...
I really appreciate it =)
Oh and by the way... someone told me that for blackheads, I should apply some Cinnamon Powder and Lemon Juice to my nose and wash it off after 5 minutes...
This sounds kind of painful... and I' m not too sure if this is healthy since Cinnamon Powder on the skin doesnt sound too helpful since its a Heat-inducing product...
Any input?? Do you think it would work??
Anyways... thanks again Saniya and liwy.
saniya replied. dear monica,
im apologise for not being able to help u earlier due to the updation of the message board.
i suppose ur skin is oily.first of all, renounce all beauty products u r using as they contain harmful chemicals which tend to worsen ur condition and may have long term side effects.wash ur face with a mixture of besan+milk+haldi.use more besan and less milk and just a pinch of haldi.massage this mixture well into damp skin for around 2-3 minutes and then let it stay for 15 minutes.wash it off with neither too hot nor too cool water.use this thrice a daymorning, before waking up,evening, after returning from work and night, before going to bed.
next, dab a mixture of tomato juice+lemon juice on ur skin daily and let it stay for 15 minutes.then, wash it off.be sure to use this after sunset as exposure to sunlight after using lemon juice damages ur skin since it' s a natural bleach.also,be sure not to use any other beauty procudts as i mentioned earlier.also, protect ur skin from the sun by wearing a sunblock 365 days a year.if ur skin is sensitive, use oatmeal+rose water and apply on ur face for 20 minutes.then, wash it off.be sure to test a sample of whatever ur planning to use on ur arm first to see if ur allergic to anything.if,within 24 hours no reaction is observed,u may proceed with application on ur face.
once a week, scrub ur face with oats powder+almond powder+honey+a small amount of sugar.scrub well but gently and massage for 5-10 minutes.then wash it off.this will get rid of blackheads.be sure not to scrub on ur pimples.
as for ur facial hair, consult a beautician and see if she approves waxing or threading.during teenage, skin is quite delicate.i was told that i can wax and thread my face after the age of 16.i don' t know about u.be sure to consult a qualified and trustworthy beautician.u can bleach ur hair once a month but bleaching sometimes increases growth of facial hair and might damage delicate skin.aslo, similar precautions should be observed while using bleach as those while using lemon juice.
for great skin,u need to take care of ur diet and lifestyle.follow these tips regularly:
1)in the morning,on waking up,drink a glass of warm water+1 tbsp honey+juice of half a lemon.this will definitely improve the condition of ur skin.
2)drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
3)replace junk food with fruits and veggies and healthy stuff.be sure to consume the following daily if possible:
oranges
apples
tomatoes,carrots and cucumbers(in a salad)
almonds(5-6 daily)
fish(atleast once a week)
4)drink mint juice everyday,it' s good for pimples.boil mint leaves in water thoroughly.discard the leaves and store the water in the fridge.drink 1/2 cup everyday.
5)exercise regularly.don' t forget to wash ur face after sweating or else u' ll end up in more pimples.also, keep a separate clean towel for ur face.
6)sleep for 8 hours.go to bed early and wake up early.
7)remain stress free and do some relaxing breathing exercises.they have numerous health benefits and keep u tension free.stress is anoter cause for pimples.
i hope all these tips work for u.u need to be quite patient as they take time but the results will be worht the patience.take care!

Name: saniya Subject: malai..
a former helper named priya suggested the application of malai overnight for permanent riddance from facial hair.but this method is suitable for normal or dry skin only and takes quite a long time..around a year.i personally haven´ t tried it but some people have found it effective.she herself used it so i suppose it´ s effective.once ur oily skin gets treated,u can use this and see if it works.but it takes quite long..around a year maybe.the decision is upto u.
