What does \";messur\";mean? How did you develop such a keen interest in doing social work for women with hair problems? I have hair fall problem, what do u suggest for a healthy diet for hair?

what oil and shampoo and oil u r using me maa?

use almond oil and any herbal or pantene shampoo.
if u non veg eat one egg daily
or
take some protein based foods like peanuts butter and vegetables

take curry leaves a lot(if u can able)
