Last year I purchased my handset. For the first time I was buying a cell phone. I took feedback from my relatives and friends. Finally I bought my cell phone. I am a music lover so I bought mobile with inbuilt FM. For six months the piece was working well. At that time my friends had also bought a Sony Ericsson Walkman phone.But then I started facing some problems. Sound of the speaker became too low and many times I could not hear the ring tone when my phone rang. My friends asked me why you do not pick up the phone when we call you. Then I decided to take my handset to the dealer from whom I purchased it. I had my guarantee card and date was not expired. But when I went to the shop I came to know that shop no more exists there. I enquired if it had shifted somewhere else. But it was of no use. Finally I had to shell out money from my pockets to fix the problem. Had I taken care to buy a mobile from reputed retailer, I would not have faced so much trouble later. I bought an apple iphone two days back.
