Baby Sitters and Creches:baby sitter

I have been talking to a few maid/baby sitting agencies in bangalore. However I am not totally convinced about the quality of workforce that they provide. Has anybody tried it out. Are these babysitters good for full time at home? Are they well trained?

I didnt get a maid from any agency but chkd out a lot when I was looking for a maid. I wasnt really convinced abt these agencies. they r ok if u have somebody at home to montior them.. but if u plan to leave both the baby and your house in their care then be careful
