Hi

I have lot of Acne all over my face its been there from my teen Iam now 32. Name it I have done it on the first few days it looks like its working but its the same. Can anyone tell me a treatment for this mostly I have done homeremedies not much of chemical and I beleive in natural remedies. Iam fedup with my face.

r u sure ur using pure cinnamon powder?r u making the powder by grinding the sticks or purchasing it directly from the market?i think if u have purchased it probably it contained other stuff too like artificial fragrance and colour which increased the acne.if ur grinding it then maybe ur allergic to it.next time u use something.apply it on ur arm first too see if ur allergic.
if the cinnamon isnt workking then try using neem+rosewater+sandalwood+orange peel powder mask daily.make a paste and apply for 20 minutes daily.see if this works.also,make orange peel powder at home by sun drying the peels first and then grinding them.i hope this helps!

home remedies don't show results in just a few days.u have to use them for atleast one month.it can even take as long as 3 months to show complete results but improvement will be noticed much sooner.
i think u should try honey and cinnamon.it shows quick results for most people.
take 3 tbsp honey and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.mix and store in an airtight container.every night before going to bed,apply an even layer on ur entire face and wash it off in the morning.it can show results within 2 weeks but it can take longer too.
next,don't use cosmetic products.they harm ur skin in the long run.instead of soap or face wash,use besan+curd+haldi(just a pinch).massage it for 10-15 minutes very gently and wash it off.
eating healthy foods and keeping a healthy lifestyle will assist u a lot in overcoming ur problem.follow these tips:
1)in the morning on waking up,drink half cup of mint water daily.to make mint water,just boil some mint leaves thoroughly.discard the leaves and store the water in the fridge.

2)replace junk food with healthy foods such as fruits and veggies.carrots,cucumbers,apples,citrusfruits and green leafy vegetables r excellent for skin.also,bitter gourd is good to treat acne.this might be hard but if u grind it and make juice out of it and drink it,it really helps a lott.

3)exercise daily.don't forget to wash ur face after exercising or sweating cuz sweat causes pimples.

4)sleep early and wake up early.

5)drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday.

6)be happy.depression,stress,tension etc cause breakouts,dullness and other skin problems.

7)don't forget to apply sunscreen whenever u go outside or even in the house at daytime cuz the sunlight entering ur house is harmful too.it's best to avoid the sun as much as possible and try to cover up most of urself if u HAVE to go out.
