how to avoid wrinkles for a longer time?

to avoid wrinkles,do the following:
1)eat healthy foods.apples,berries,chocolate(in moderation,preferably dark chocolate),nuts,avocado,ginger,watermelon,whole meal rice/pasta,soya,green leafy veggies,yogurt,garlic and water have anti ageing properties.be sure to inclide some in ur diet and replace junk food with healthy foods.
2)the sun is the skin's greatest enemy.it causes spots,pigmentation,premature wrinkling,and most severely,skin cancer.try to stay out of the sun as much as possible.even the sunlight entering ur house through the windows is harmful.whenever u go out,be sure to wear a sunblock of spf 15+ and try to remain as much covered up as possible.chose a good quality sunblock.i use seba med.also,wear huge sunglasses(im serious!) and is possible,a wide brimmed hat.
3)use the following mask daily:
malai+honey+a pinch of turmeric+olive oil+few drops of lemon juice.if u have oily skin,substitue malai with yogurt and instead of olive oil,use rose water.apply this mask for 15-20 minutes daily and wash it off with neither too hot nor too cold water.it's better if u use this mask in the evening or night because sun exposure after using lemon damages ur skin.
4)don't use too many beauty products.i personally don't use anything except natural remedies.to wash ur face,use besan+milk+a pinch of haldi.massage well but gently into skin for 10-15 minutes and wash it off.use every morning,evening and night.if u don't have enough time,massaging for 2-3 minutes will do.use this isntead of soap/face wash.use more milk if u have dry skin and more besan if u have oily skin.
5)adopt a healthy lifestyle.exercise is a must.wash ur face after exercising or else it'll result in pimples due to sweat.exercise keeps u fit and young.sleep before 12 and wake up early.8 hours is a must.
6)drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
7)last but not least,stay happy and be optimistic.depression and stress causes dullness and other skin problems.

by saniya. Most of it is correct and shuld be followed. Except the every day applying mask, no mask, no matter how good or how mild, should be applied to the face, there should always be a gap of a few days between masks.
Face washes should depend upon the nature of skin and age, they are good mild ones available out there, i dont recommend milk to be applied to the face, maybe once in a while, but not always.
Face wash/soap containing suds have their advantages, they get rid of bacteria and excessive oil and other grime.
Indian skin is not prone to skin cancer, because it has a good production of melanin, nevertheless, apply sunscreen, not too much though, as recommended by the dermat.
Your wrinkles and overall skin health depends alot upon nutrition, avoid junk food, have alot of multivitamins and anti oxidants, not more than the FDA recommended dose though.
Be stress free, it will boost everything in your body.
Alot of water is good, but not too much, you dont want to wash away your insides, 8 glases are optimum.
