i came to know about mint and water for reducing weight. Plz tell me exact amount of mint and water to boil. as it is said more quantity wud cause low bp.

dear kaju,
i don't know the exact quantity but what i do is take that much mint which will dip in the water.then,just boil thoroughly and discard the leaves.store the water in the fridge and daily,drink half cup only.yes,high quantity will cause low bp.
