This is the first time i am posting any message on this site . i am 30 weeks pregnant & my DD is 21st sep . Is anyone delivering in the same time frame ?

I am very worried about the labor pains . Me n my hubby have started with our childbirth classes since last week. At times i get very scared , thinking about labor. Is it too bad???

Also i am having a lot of sleep problems from the past 1 month. I can;t even sleep during the day . Can anyone tell me any remedies for this .

Hi Archana,
Welcome to the board... hey good to have another member ...and U bet we all r sailing in the same boat.
Everyone here is different with there wonderful experiences and wonderful advices in case of need. We have second time moms too to share there helpful n priceless comments.
I hope U'll love to be here as far as u promise to be regular :) just kidding...
I'll just update the list n U'll know about rest of the members n due dates too...
Where exactly r u putting up?? Ur BDAy and anniversary...Is it ur first pregnancy...how has it been treating u until now...???Hey do answer all of these...
As far as sleep, I'm having a similar one as urs...i'm awake sometimes till 2-3 in the night and don't sleep at all during day times...Though no remedy works for me(I've settled on it as part of the preg. package) but still can tell u to try some...
1. Have a cup of warm water with a tablespoon of honey added to it just before sleeping
OR
2. try having boiled milk before sleeping
OR
3. A warm bath
OR
4. A good relaxing massage
