Not sure whether this is the right group to ask this question but here goes...
I had my baby in August 2005 and my first period on 9th Dec 2005. Have not yet got my period for the month of Jan'06.
Prior to the pregnancy my periods were always regular and followed a 28 day cycle.
My husband & I have had sex a few times but always using a condom (so i guess another pregnancy is ruled out)
Are periods after childbirth irregular? or shd i check with doc.
Anyone out there who knows or has had a similar expreience?

if you don't get period by a week take home pregnancy test with first morning urine.
Although periods can be irregular when breast feeding can't rule out chances of pregnancy.
