Hi new mommies,

I want to use diaper only at night for our arrival. Please suggest a good diaper and lotion and lotion which does not cause rashes or irritation to the baby.

I started using diapers from Day 3.But i feel itz not comfortable for babies initially.Pampers or Huggies brand are gud.U get diapers for new born.Rash creams are available in both Johnsons and Himalayas.But i would prefer not 2 use diapers initially especially in hot climate places.I have now stopped using diapers for Rohit regularly.

For the first few weeks it is advisable to use cloth napkins as that will be airy and comfortable for the baby... In case you want to use diapers, you can check for nappy pads which you can stick on cloth nappies and use.. In that case, you can check the pad during feeding at night and change as needed.. For the initial weeks I would recommend a cloth nappy.. it is a little cumbersome for us, but easy on the baby.. Not sure abt diapers as I started using diapers only from the 3rd month for my son and used the nappy pads till then..
