Doctors make mistakes, but non-medical professionals make even more mistakes!! Are u justifying your wrong advice my saying that doctors make advice? that is just plain CRAP!
Bindu you dont care i am a doc or not, but most of the genuine people seeking advice here DO CARE I AM A MEDICO. And u think home remedies dont cause harm? You must be such a dreamer.
Its clear to me that you dont want any advice to me, so stay away from me, but others do, so let them ask for it, and they do cause they trust me.
UNis, the doc you went to, probably did the most sane thing by not touching your kid if he thought your kid was infectious. If he would, then he would spread the infectious around, so your kid would produce more infections around, how sensible is that? And how sensible are you? Like i said, you dont have a clue about the human body or the spread of infection. We are having infection classes right now, and we arent even allowed to see patients in the same room, in case we get the infection and spread it to others, is that what you want? Probably the doctor you went to wasnt even sure if he should handle a patient like that. Looks to me you didnt take him to a very experienced doctor, your fault basically.
I have had my share of doctor problems, they can be life saviours, and some can be real killers, i know some docs who i detest. Therefore i never give any pills out here, most the time, untill i am sure.
Bindu, i think i have told before, most of the pills are derivatives of natural things, ok? If you dont get that, then you dont have an ounce of a brain.
1. Antibiotics - derived from penicillin , later on made synthetically to control dosage form, and to mass produce medicine.
And i could go on and on and on. Medicines didnt come from outer space, they are basically made from nautral things, and later on made synthetically to mass produce it, for bioavailability.
And dont you cuss the medical career, its going to save your life and your folks life some day.
All 3 of you are miffed at me cause i contradicted you, even though you people are at FAULT, you find it convenient to blame me, i dont mind, i have seen many like you before, and will see many more.
I have never gone against home remedies, infact i encourage it, but some cases cannot be afforded home remedies without proper diagnosis.
If you really want to get back at me, or show that your advices are better than mine, get on the net, research a bit, and you will know the truth.

I agree with you - people on these boards should not resport to names and brand someone 'cheapskate' just because they want home tips for small issues it is very rude and unacceptable

I am God for a person who thinks cleansing the body from inside out causes fair skin!!
First of all, we had a debate upon those fair skin pills, which are not even FDA approved, that means it hasnt been test on humans yet, and the people consuming right now ( that is you, are the guinea pigs for the experiment ) . never use non fda approved products, because they havent been tested for side effects or verified by any health organisation.
I do research, and i know how important it is to evaluate everything before you put a product our on the market. I know you dont take kindly to my comments, but this example will be read by people frequenting this board and it will help them. I do research for various medico products or anything medical, health, natural stuff related. My latest is a medical diagnostic device. Someone wants to market it commercially as a consumer product. Our report concludes that it isnt viable as a consumer product. Days and months spent on this research makes sure that this product will not reach the market and harm people, or cheat them out of their money. People like us research and make sure we arent swindling or causing harm to people.
Bottm line, Those pills arent safe, because they arent tested or researched upon, why arent they researched or tested? because its obvious they have shady ingredients that they dont want to open up in the public. There are so secret ingredients, if they indeed had some secret magical ingredient, they would sell it and earn billions in the patent.
Their website shows some amino acids as a part of those pills, and that particular amino acid is just a immune booster, so all that will do is make your immunity stronger.
Instead of trying these skin lightening pills at atrocious prices, try taking multivitamins, use some peels or micro dermabrasion on your face, use some good moisturisers, and you will find a fairer, healthier looking skin.
I dont have anything against you or those pills, but when you, a consumer, advocates such products to other people, who buy it, or might suffer at it, can you take that responsibility on your head? can you take the blame of their suffering on your head? will your conscience be clear when you realise you advocated a product that wasnt even approved by a health organisation? You have to be careful about what you pass on to people. Its good that it helped you, but for others it may not, other people may have various underlying health conditions that could be adversely affected if they try untested, unprescribed pills. Remember, in medicine, small things can cause catastrophic damages. It doesnt matter if the substance are pills or natural therapy, end product of them are chemicals, and thats what your body metabolises and uses for the various functions of it.
Be healthy, and give healthy advice, before you advocate a product, be sure of it.

These people are the very ones who spend a fortune on junk, but dont want to spend a bit on health, these i call cheapskates. Your health is the only thing you will hold on to till the end, some of the people out there dont understand that. In my opinion doctors can be very stupid. some of them dont even touch their patients and be ready to say what their problem is. I took my son to this so called doctor because he was sick. when this person saw him he didnt even touch or look into my sons tonsils to tell me the problem. All he did was looked at him and said yea he looks like he have upper respiratory. I said are you going to check his temp and look at his throat? he says oh yea i will check that.
