Is drinking mint water good to reduce dark circles too? Is there inch loss too by drinking the mint water????

I have very dark dark circles around my eyes n till date nothing has helped...so pls help me. Meena replied. My intentions and advice is being misinterpreted by some so called medical professionals who seem to have lot of free time on their hand - anyway i am a humble housewife - all i have to say and have said is it worked for me and i myself looked up in another website and hence gave the advise - will not waste any more time on this. In my skool days i didnt get enough sleep (too much work depression too) and now since its christmas time and we have holidays and i get enough sleep and believe me gurl, i noticed a great difference in my dark circles in a week!
And ofcourse u shud not mess wid ur eyes wen u arent a proffesional in dat field so i also suggest go to a doctor or a dermatologist. And in My opinion, I know that u will suffer if u apply lemon on ur eyes.
Its ok to apply cucumber slices, but they will only relax ur eyes although sum ppl say they do lightn dark circles but I doubt it. And ofcourse eat a healthy diet and u will see a difference!

Verneforchat, You should learn to talk more respectfully and with courtesy before starting off giving advice - obviously you do not know how to disagree in a dignified manner; i did not say you can apply lemon directly but couple of drops with milk will do no harm and i said liver problem is a possible issue and you need to get internally checked which means with a doctor - which of it dont you understand Verneforchat? - and applying natural products is anyday better than swallowing pills - they will not have any side effects - at the most they will not be effective - and I am only advising cos it worked on me if i didnt try it would have advised. I suffer from same issue.Besides good sleep and water. I have done the following alternately every 2-3 times in a week and it worked and reduced to great extent.
*apply raw milk (not boiled) with a few drops of lemon and cucumber under the eyes - this is very effective
*also potato juice (peeled raw and grate potato and extract juice) is very effective but makes skin really dry so need to supplement with good under eye cream after you wash it
*cucumber slices when sleeping are also effective.

I hope you have get yourself checked internally with a doctor as liver issues they say can creat dark circles - and I have read that it could be hereditary too...
