my eyes r bcomin darker day by day.....skin around the skin is bcomin thinner....n blood veins r visible....wat shud i do..my diet is ok... my health is also fine .i dnt knw wats d reason for this....what shud i eat.to remove these dark circles....they look like deep setted eyes..plz help....

you are not having enough sleep, check for anemia, and if you do work on the comp, take soem break for your eyes now and then, Its seems to me you are stressing your eyes, and not having enough sleep.
Watching tv screen or working on the comp has nothing to do with dark circles, unless you are straining your eyes for it. I use my comp more than 6-8 hours a day during studying or research, nothing has happened yet. My vision is perfect. I study on my comp, and my tv sits right next to it, so i watch alot of tv and comp. Just do some simple eye exercises, cited on google , and start taking care of the under eye skin.
