ive got good hair which is straight and silky but the only bad thing about it is that it is scanty, iused to have thick hair when i was small and now since im a sports person i guess ive been loosing hair to..well its reduced now..plz help me by tellin me what to do to get back the thickness in my hair

well i have been boiling some pieces of dried amla in coconut oil and then after cooling and sieving it..i mix castor oil in it and after dat i apply it and then put a hot water towel on it..what im doing it is ok for thick hair?

YEH HI I HAVE STARTED USING PETALCA AS RECOMMENDED BEFORE AND AS CONDITIONER FLEX..BUT I WOULDNT WANNA TAKE ANY TABLETS AS SUCH... COZ I DONT LIKE THEM..ANY OTHER REMEDY?

make some iron and protein based foods are enough instead of tablet

but for oiling mix coconut oil with castor oil in equal amount and make oiling.really it will help
