Hi

I read ur advice for pimple marks that drinking mint water every day would reduce the marks. I have been doing this for 3 weeks and Iam surprised that my body fat is reducing and face is much brighter maybe it will take some time for the pimple marks to go as my face is too severe. Is this the mint juice effect, I have reduced from size 10 to 8. I havent started lemonjuice and honey yet. Just wanted to share my idea with u.

Thanks so much for the information on Mint Juice.How much weight did you lose and how many times did you drink the mint juice.How did you make the juice?I just put the elaves in water and boiled it for 10mins and then strained and had teh juice.Is this method fine , or shall i Make a paste of the mint and mix it with water and then drink? saniya replied. dear geetha,

well dear,mint juice as well as lemon juice+honey mixture does help in losing weight.if ur fearing more weight loss than u desire,then make up for the loss by mint juice by eating some kind of healthy food which will cancel the wieght loss effect by mint water.u can try cheese,etc...even mint juice lightens the complexion,hence,the glow on ur skin.as for the pimples,they won;t just go away easily by drinking only mint water.there r other things u should do..many other things.u can read any of my previous posts to get details of what u should do and avoid.im extremely ecstatic that u have gained some benefit from my remedy in just 3 weeks!good luck!
