Hi All,
Just wanted to know if anyone is facing this problem as it is 3 days by now that i dont get sleep and i could have hardly an hour sleep in these 3 days. I am already weak with severe vomiting and having no sleep is making me still weaker. Pls lemme know if anyone has such problems or anyone has some remedy.

Hi Bharati,
I too suffered the same almost for a month, n can understand how it feels..... I agree with Jichi, abt drinking a glass of warm milk b4 gng to bed... n if u wake up at night try reading some Gods book or some book regarding pregnancy, as i used to do tht :)... So u can just try it out n see if it works for u..... Till then take care.... n God Bless....

Hi....i sufferred the same some 10 days b4. Now its ok (touchwood). keep an extra pillow on your head/inbetween your legs. Drink a Glass of warm Milk b4 going to bed. Dont overheat your room. keep it at 70-72deg, with the humidifier running...... This is what i did and it helped me atleast for now......

Ya feeling better since yesterday but not to the normal. Following the humidifier but yes will follow the rest of the things what you have suggested.
