verne replied. but a doctor, i cant give you exact detials about a facial at home, you know like the ones they use at bheauty parlours. But i can suggest you something we docs can use for a dry skin, and which i personally find very very useful.
get any hild yeild moisturiser, efaderm, or perhaps aloe gel, or any good efficient high end moisturiser, not oils though. Wash your face with warm water, take the moisturiser, add some warm water to it, slight warm water, massage it into your face, and keep doing it for a few minutes, and remove it with a cotton swab, apply again, and repeat the same, for a few times, use a facial brush, but make sure its soft, during the facial, try to brush slowly to remove the dead skin. The key ingredients in this facial, is the high end moisturiser, warm water, and massage, the massaging will benefit your face the most. After everything is done, wash it off. I have found its the most cheapest, least expensive, and it actually works. I usually do it when i have to do chemical peels . But i also do it during the weekends during severe winter. Always keep your skin moisturised, and you will gain a healthy glow.
