i had replied to ur question but i guess u didnt read it.here it is:
the reason y ur having wrinkles at this age is because ur skin must be probably very dry or u must be using some harsh products/chemicals which over dry ur skin.even soap is very harsh and robs ur skin of it's natural oils.another reason for wrinkles is sun damage.u r probably exposing urself too much to the sun.what u need to do now is follow these tips regularly and strictly and be very patient:
1)apply sunblock everyday to ur face,hands,and other parts which might be exposed.it's best to avoid the sun and if u can't then atleast try to avoid it between 10am-2pm when it's rays r most harsh.a good brand u can use is seba med or lotus herbals.make sure u use a sunblock/sun cream and not a SUNSCREEN because sunscreen does not prevent tanning but sunblock does.
2)renounce all products ur using including face wash,creams,lotions,etc...and start washing ur face with a mixture of besan+a pinch of turmeric+milk/malai.it's better if u use malai but since it's time consuming,milk will do fine.use more milk and less besan as ur skin is dry.apply this for 15-20 minutes or till it dries and then,gently scrub it off using lukewarm water.give a final rinse with cool water.use this whenever u need to wash ur face.it's bes to use it in the morning when u wake up,evening,when u return from school or work and night,before going to bed.
3)eat the following:
*spinach-contains antioxidant which improves skin elasticity and hydrates it.
*beans-help produce an anti ageing substance.2 tbsp per day wud work fine.
*prunes-they contain highest amount of antioxidants which fight wrinkles.eat around 5-6 daily.
*beetroot-it contains antioxidants too plus collagen which is essential for skin elasticity.
*olive-it contains healthy fats.researchers discovered that people who ate more olives had less wrinklesd skin.
*dark chocolate-eat in moderation.milk chocolate is bad for health but dark cgocolate can be healthy.it also protects the skin from the sun.
*red,yellow and orange foods are amazing for ur skin. even a research has found out that the antioxidants in red,yellow and orange foods create uv protection in the skin and eating 6 portions per day for 2 months will build a natural barries equivalent to a factor 4 sunscreen which means u get 4 times more the natural protection of ur skin.
*eat foods rich in vitamin C and E.citrus fruits r rich source of vitamin C.foods rich in vitamin E include olives,spinach,wheat germ,etc..
4)drink lots of water to keep ur skin hydrated from within.8-10 glasses per day is a must.
5)consume milk and milk products such as butter,cheese,yogurt,etc.yogurt and honey are excellent for ur skin and u should consume them everyday.
6)never use eggwhites under ur eye.the skin under ur eyes is the most delicate and can be severely damaged and further wrinkled by using eggwhites or any such thing.make a pack for ur face by mixing malai,lemon juice(very little),turmeric(just a pinch),honey and eggwhite.apply this twice a week for 20 minutes and then wash it off.for ur eyes use castor oil/coconut oil/almond oil before going to bed.massage any one of these for 15 minutes in circular motions under ur eyes and then wipe it off with a tissue.
as for using olie oil to lighten skin,i have heard that it is a tanning agent while others say that it's a lightening agent.better be on the safe side.the mask i mentioned above will effectively lighten ur skin and using the besan haldi and milk mixture daily to wash ur face will give u remarkable results.plus,using a sunscreen and having a healthy diet will improve the tone of ur skin.be very patient and work hard.give proper rest to ur eyes.read under sufficient light and dont watch tv or use the computer too much.and ofcourse,pray to God.
