dear priya,
i had replied to ur question but i guess u didnt read it.here it is:

the reason y ur having wrinkles at this age is because ur skin must be probably very dry or u must be using some harsh products/chemicals which over dry ur skin.even soap is very harsh and robs ur skin of it's natural oils.another reason for wrinkles is sun damage.u r probably exposing urself too much to the sun.what u need to do now is follow these tips regularly and strictly and be very patient:
1)apply sunblock everyday to ur face,hands,and other parts which might be exposed.it's best to avoid the sun and if u can't then atleast try to avoid it between 10am-2pm when it's rays r most harsh.a good brand u can use is seba med or lotus herbals.make sure u use a sunblock/sun cream and not a SUNSCREEN because sunscreen does not prevent tanning but sunblock does.

2)renounce all products ur using including face wash,creams,lotions,etc...and start washing ur face with a mixture of besan+a pinch of turmeric+milk/malai.it's better if u use malai but since it's time consuming,milk will do fine.use more milk and less besan as ur skin is dry.apply this for 15-20 minutes or till it dries and then,gently scrub it off using lukewarm water.give a final rinse with cool water.use this whenever u need to wash ur face.it's bes to use it in the morning when u wake up,evening,when u return from school or work and night,before going to bed.

3)eat the following:
*spinach-contains antioxidant which improves skin elasticity and hydrates it.

*beans-help produce an anti ageing substance.2 tbsp per day wud work fine.

*prunes-they contain highest amount of antioxidants which fight wrinkles.eat around 5-6 daily.

*beetroot-it contains antioxidants too plus collagen which is essential for skin elasticity.

*olive-it contains healthy fats.researchers discovered that people who ate more olives had less wrinklesd skin.

*dark chocolate-eat in moderation.milk chocolate is bad for health but dark cgocolate can be healthy.it also protects the skin from the sun.

*red,yellow and orange foods are amazing for ur skin. even a research has found out that the antioxidants in red,yellow and orange foods create uv protection in the skin and eating 6 portions per day for 2 months will build a natural barries equivalent to a factor 4 sunscreen which means u get 4 times more the natural protection of ur skin.

*eat foods rich in vitamin C and E.citrus fruits r rich source of vitamin C.foods rich in vitamin E include olives,spinach,wheat germ,etc..

4)drink lots of water to keep ur skin hydrated from within.8-10 glasses per day is a must.

5)consume milk and milk products such as butter,cheese,yogurt,etc.yogurt and honey are excellent for ur skin and u should consume them everyday.

6)never use eggwhites under ur eye.the skin under ur eyes is the most delicate and can be severely damaged and further wrinkled by using eggwhites or any such thing.make a pack for ur face by mixing malai,lemon juice(very little),turmeric(just a pinch),honey and eggwhite.apply this twice a week for 20 minutes and then wash it off.for ur eyes use castor oil/coconut oil/almond oil before going to bed.massage any one of these for 15 minutes in circular motions under ur eyes and then wipe it off with a tissue.

as for using olie oil to lighten skin,i have heard that it is a tanning agent while others say that it's a lightening agent.better be on the safe side.the mask i mentioned above will effectively lighten ur skin and using the besan haldi and milk mixture daily to wash ur face will give u remarkable results.plus,using a sunscreen and having a healthy diet will improve the tone of ur skin.be very patient and work hard.give proper rest to ur eyes.read under sufficient light and dont watch tv or use the computer too much.and ofcourse,pray to God.

but i did like to make some additions to it.
Sunscreens available in the shopping markets dont work, use the ones available in the pharma.
Dont renounce skin products, choose wisely, depending upon your age, choose the best cream around. Use mild facial foams, use a good moisturiser, its because u dont use one is the reason why you have wrinkles.
Eat all leafy vegetables, all of them have phytovitamins, if possible go for multivitamin tabs as well, they have minerals too.
Dont binge on dark chocolate, it has less good effects than calories.
There have been no researches sayins olives have less wrinkled skin ( i know it for a fact cause i am a researcher, so no arguments on that )
Dont consume too many milk products, or you did end up obese.
NEVER USE lemon juice or any such stupid ingredient under your eyes, malai and all is ok, but as saniya said, the skin under eye is the most delicate.
No oils will tighten your skin, you have to apply some good creams for that and take good care of your skin.
Watching tv too much or using the computer too much doesnt effect your eyes, but they get dry, and therefore get some lubricating drops ( i use the computer 8 hours a day, and my vision is still perfect )

hey verne,
listen..i dun wanna start an argument wid u..i kno ur trying to help ppl but it seems to me that more than that ur trying to prove me or bindu,in short,natural remedies wrong.
i didnt tell pooja to drink milk 24/7.i just asked her to INCLUDE it in her diet.as far as olives and dark chocolate is concerned,it has been RESEARCHED and proven that these 2 things reduce wrinkles and ageing signs.
i am not an ignorant person.i try to help everyone in the best possible and PROVEN ways.i usually suggest stuff i have myself tried/others have tried and mostly,only NATURAL stuff which has been researched.even i am a teenager and i used clean n clear products and just ended up in less cleaner and less clearer skin.not all things suit everyone.but natural stuff does if used on the correct skin type which i always specify while mentioning the treatments.and i don't help anyone unless they tell me their skin type.u can read thru my previous answers and get ur doubts cleared.
if ur still unsure,i suggest u search on google whether olives reduce wrinkles or not and see for urself.as for the dark chocolate,the original ones do not contain milk/sugar.the one i suggested priya was milk and sugar free which means it doesn't have more calories.and by the way,just eating a piece of chocolate won't make u obese.it's being lazy,unhealthy lifestyle and junk food which causes obesity.i hope u understand and respect other's opinions and not prove anything wrong when u urself don't know about it.i dont wanna start an argument with u though i am controlling my rage.u have really infuriated me but maybe that's because u urself didn't know.but now that i have informed u i hope u don't say things against me.by they way,i suggested oil application for LIGHTENING and NOT TIGHTENING.plz read carefully before u pass comments.i mentioned the mask for wrinkles.and not all creams are good.most of them have so many side effects.it's better to stay on the safe,cheap and natural side.i told her to renounce products because i told her to use lemon juice which is a strong substance.if she uses it alongwith other chemicals,she might end up ruining her skin just like maria,another member of our board did.and when she stopped using one of them,her skin started clearing up.i don't know what else to say....bye and take care.
