I recently saw a \";black patch\"; developing on my left cheek. Can someone help me to know the reason for that? On observing further, i realise its increasing in its coverage slowly slowly over there.
Pls suggest a remedy or cure for this.

the pathc on ur skin most likely seems to be pigmentation.this is because of iron deficiency,sun and pregnancy.first of all,start taking foods rich in iron which include apples,beetroots and spinach.make these a part of ur daily diet.also,eat carrots as they r generally good for ur skin.
next,break 2 vitamin E capsules and add castor oil.massage this mixture for 15 minutes regularly on the patch.this will take time so u have to be patient.i have personally not used this because i never suffered from this problem and so,i cannot guarantee results but it is better to use natural stuff than to go for harmful chemicals as per my experience.use a sunblock whenever u go out in the sun but it's best to totally avoid the sun.when u return,apply yogurt and tomato juice for 15 minutes on ur face and then,wash it off.if all this doesn't work,u might consider going for chemical peels which do have side effects but if performed by an experienced and professionist,they will be rare.u can also bleach ur face once a month.bleaching once a month does not harm the skin.be sure to bleach at night because sun exposure after bleaching has disasterous consequences.go to this website to see the risks of chemical peels:

i suggest u first try castor oil and vitamin E treatment for around 1-2 months.if u don't notice any difference at all,then u may consider going for chemical peels but if u do see the patch lightening,then continue the natural treatment.my best wishes n prayers r always with u!
