How are youall doing,Iam just one week away from my due date.
Last time i delivered 3weeks early and now as as due date is nearing am getting more restless.
Ck-How do u manage with both of them,does shalika go to daycare or she is with you .Sahana must be having routine now.Wat kind of food do you take now,do u still have that postpartum diet?/I will need some tips laterfrom you.
Neeti-How are u and sanya doing?U must be in second trimester so feeling more energetic na,Are u working ?When do u come online ,idont see you like before.pig me when u are there.
Shell-I get ur updates from may board,How are you controlling ur Gd must be on diet ,Dont worry you will forget all this once you have the baby.
U are not far from the bigday just 1.5 month to go.
iam 39 weeks now and still no signs so getting restless Ck how was it with you,did u opt for the epidural second time??

Best Wishes to you for your easy and smooth delivery. I was on ppartum diet for first 3 weeks, just avoid gassy veggies like cabbage, cauliflower, alu etc. I eat aged rice, lots of garlic and take a pp goli my mom got from India one each day to prevent stomach problems since I' m bfeeding baby. Sometimes Sahana gets gassy I put hing water around her naval(as per my old pediatrician) that helps her.

I took epidural this time, since my labor was not moving fast. I wanted to keep my energy to manage Shalika afterwards. After taking epidural I started feeling cold n shivering, got very itchy belly and they gave me oxygen mask, I think my O2 level went down. But the delivery was easy with epidural I' d defenitely recommend taking it. Pushing was also easy Sahana was out in 30 minutes in 4th contraction after starting to push. I was chatting with the doc when she was doing my stiches!

As per managing Shalika, first 10 days were difficult for her when she was adjusting to the new baby. She was sooooo clingy to me, can' t blame her. My husb gives her all the attention, does all that I used to do for her, that helps a lot. I too spend some special time with her like napping with her, putting her to bed, feeding her etc without baby around. She also understands n leaves me after a short time. She goes to preschool 3 full days, stays 2 days with us. She likes school too n it is too much for both to keep her at home. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any other info.
