Hi, everybody on the forum,

I alongwith with wife, planning for VENI DAAN @ PRAYAG TIRTH, sometime in January 2012. Can anybody post its experience in real of offering veni at prayag sangam and its rituals to be performed.

Is it necessary to go for MUNDAN for both of us after VENI DAAN? What is the purpose of MUNDAN after VENI DAAN?

What type cloths one should wear while performing the venidaan pooja vidhi? Who will perform the vidhi, is it my wife or me or both of us?

I have gone thru so many post onthis site \" india parenting head shave' wherein, only questions were asked on the issue, no such post is there, where someone has actually performed this rituals.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
