zeera ,ajwain boiled in water and cooled.garlic.milk.theres a powder also called galact .ask ur doc about it .doesnt hv sideeffects.

you can eat a bit of zeera.. that helps a lot as its doing for me.. and as my doc advised have 1 liter of milk everyday.. that also help.. my baby is 6 mnth and i came still nursing..

Hi..

Please go through the Jan board posts...There are lots of tips on increasing breast milk. Keep pumping regularly and have a healthy diet and it will automatically increase.
