hii all
i have a 11 month old daughter and wud like to know what shud be added to her diet and how much???

what should be added to your daughter diet depends on what she is already eating ! how much,,well a 11month old is expected to eat an approx of 1/4th or less amt of an adult serving,,after a month or when she turns 1 year, 1/4th of an adult serving per item in the whole lunch menu is her serving size !
speaking of total size of serving,,around/approx 1cup of serving of nutritious food is all she needs..
respect her apetite, taste and prefernces,,this is just n estimated amt of servng and doesnt mean you have to make her eat per meal, but make sure she doesnt remain hungry!
