namaskar, mera naam hai pooja n i have a serious problem. My hands & feet r always sweting can u give me remedy for this plz.

dear pooja,
im not sure about my solution but i GUESS this is because of stress.are u a tensed and stressed person?if so,u should do some breathing and relaxing exercises and try to minimise ur tensions.have a healthy lifestyle.eat a balanced diet with lots of fryits and vegetables,drink 8-10 glasses of water and exercise daily.also,take a bath daily.and don't worry,ur not alone.another member in this board had a similar problem and my cousin has the same problem too.just try ur best and leave the rest in the hands of God.
