by putting glycerin and a few drops of lemon does that make your under arms go white if they are discoloured and your knees and elbows do let me know what it is for

dear salma,
yes,u can use that mixture for 15-20 minutes and wash it off.but i think lemon juice is unsuitable for the sensitive skin under ur arms especially if u use depilatory creams.u can use besan+a pinch of turmeric+malai/milk+curd instead.this will help a lot in a sjort period of time.make sure u wax ur underarms instead of using hair removal creams as they darken ur skin and increase it's sensitivity.waxing may also lighten ur underarms.dont forget to keep ur underarms moisturised.use a good body lotion or body butter before going to bed and after waxing.

a complete idiot. Read THIS COLUMN thoroughly bindu, or whoever you are, and find the mistakes. First you write a cure, secondly you are COMPARING OUR CURES and asking her to choose. Thirdly you are mentioning chemical peels here, WHICH I DID NOT. Because it isnt meant for her.
I worried about what you wrote, because you went ahead and mentioned chemical peels. She may consider doing it, which she shouldnt. Peace out.

Salma..follow whoever you want to, if you think chemical peels and things are not that bad then you should consider listenting to Verne. Lemon juice you can just apply and not wash off..it will make no difference or you can apply and wash off. either way which is comfortable for you dear.

I am not against lemon juice, but the effects are very less. and i have not advised chemical peels here, its not indicated for this health issue.

work for different people, i told you the things that worked for me, you can easily experiment, and see which suits you, my mum used to tell me if you use besan all over your body, that would help too. Never worked for me, but like i said, experiment a bit.

it for your underarms, they are very sensitive, you might get an allergy, or it might turn darker, you can use it on rough skins though.
The best thing you can do is rub moisturiser or oil on the roughened parts ( not underarms) before taking a bath, and then during bathing brush it with a body brush or a pumice stone, gently, it will remove the dead skin and make it feel a bit lighter.
